PARTY RULES
Please read over the following items carefully:
- Once a deposit is processed we are unable to refund or transfer your reservation.
- A party coordinator will contact you three to four days before your scheduled event to go over menu items, final head count and any last minute items.
- Max capacity per room is 30 guest total. Please note, an additional room will be required to be rented for $100.00 per hour if your guest count is over 30.
- For parties over $800.00 or 20 active players, a 15% gratuity will be added on to your total balance.
- Check in time is 15 minutes prior to your party.
- Your party promptly begins and ends at the scheduled time. Activities will begin immediately. No activities will be refunded or made up if any guests show up after the scheduled party time.
For parties over 75 (deposit of $500.00)
- $1,350.00 Carnival Package (three rooms, 180 tickets)
- $2,400.00 Unlimited play from 9:00-11:00a.m.
- $1,500.00 an hour unlimited during peak hours
- $150.00 per additional party room when purchasing a package.
- $150.00 an extra hour
- $75.00 additional 1/2 hour
- Any parties over $1,000.00 15% gratuity is added
